Political situation in Spain one moth ago

In spain, in march is the campaña electoral.The PSOE (with Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero like president) won the generals eleccions with 169 seats, again. In second place was the PP (with Mariano Rajoy like president) with 153 seats. I think that PSOE won because they have good political campaign.
